Job Description

Thai BPO Quality Assurance – Quezon City, 90k

MUST HAVE experience managing a team for at least 5 years
MUST HAVE 2 years of experience managing a vendor and stakeholders

This person will be responsible evaluating the quality of subtitles to ensure that our customers are able to enjoy our content seamlessly and effortlessly.

Specific areas of responsibility include

-Meet the required number of productivity per day, as agreed with Localisation QA Head.
-Ensure that the standards used when evaluating subtitles is at par with HOOQ’s standards.
-Follow the style guide and QA guidelines when evaluating subtitles.
-Meet the required rate of alignment based on regular calibration sessions conducted internally, and externally with vendors.
-Report errors found on the app, and any challenges met that prohibits him/her from meeting his/her tasks.
-Complete a daily summary report of tasks completed, and any other report required by the company.
