Description:
-To provide Technical Support for Banking Software System to foreign customers over the phone.
-Manage and resolve customer feedbacks regarding technical support issues

Benefits:
Salary ranges from 26,100 to 42,200 depending on the experience of the candidate.

Qualifications:
• 1 year of database management/financial banking experience (BPO/NON-BPO) needed
• High School graduates welcome if they have the required experience
• Competency in information technology is a must
• Excellent team player skills is required.
• A thorough, professional approach to work and being able to manage own stress would be advantageous.
