Full-Time OFFICE STAFF / LOAN PROCESSOR FOR A LENDING COMPANY in Cabuyao Laguna
a. You are to promote EverFirst to SSS pensioner in your area of responsibility.
b. You are to welcome customers in the Branch and conduct interview.
c. You are to process loans of customers and assist them in getting requirements such as ACOP, ATM with chips and other SSS concerns, etc.
d. You are in charge for house to house saturation as per instruction of the Branch Head.
e. You are to assist in preparing branch reports as instructed by the Branch Head.
f. You are in charge in monitoring and replenishment of the petty cash fund every week.
g. You are in charge in the preparation of monthly reports such as new clients, collection summary, amortization reports, cash position report and bank records. These reports shall be submitted to the following departments every 5th of the following month:
1. List of new clients – Accounting
2. Collection Summary – Accounting
3. Loan Consultant Monitoring Report – Accounting
4. Amortization Report – Collection
5. Bank Records – Collection
6. Cash Position Report – Treasury
h. You are in charge in daily entries in the registered Book of Accounts such as recording of sales and cash receipts for BIR purposes.
i. You are in charge in following up past due accounts of customers as per instruction of Branch Head.
j. You are to help achieve the monthly sales and collection targets assigned to your area.
k. You are to collect accounts receivables with the assistance of Branch Head.
l. You are to gather information in the field regarding competitors, their terms, interest rates, processing fees, and other related information and report these to your Branch Head.
m. You are to monitor the operations and give timely feedback of clients’ comments or concerns.
n. You are to conduct activities and maintain a behavior that promotes the good image of our company among our clients.
o. Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Must be graduate of any 4 year course
Not more than 30 years old
With at least 6 months experience in Admin/Clerical works
Must be knowledgable in MS Office
Can start ASAP
SALARY RANGE: Minimum
WORK SCHEDULE: MON-FRI, 8am-5pm; alternate Saturday halfday Note: Interview and Assessment will be conduct in Head Office in Quezon City
