Appointment Setters Customer Service.

Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities and Duties
· Tech Savvy
· Has knowledge on Cloud Services
· Has basic knowledge of Accounting
· Has good communication skills (Presentation, relaying instructions)?
-Good writing skills including technical/business writing
-Good verbal communication skills
-Strong reading comprehension and ability to understand and express complex tasks
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (word processing and spreadsheets)
-Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
-Problem solving ability and confidence to find solutions
-Sound account management and strong ownership skills
-Graduate/College level of any Bachelor/Diploma course in Office Management or any related course
-With minimum of 6 months of call center experience (TECHNICAL ACCOUNT)
-Willing to work on fixed GRAVEYARD SHIFT (11PM to 8AM)
-Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
