Position: Japanese Customer Support- Airline Account
Location: Taguig
Industry: BPO
Schedule: Dayshift

Be part of our team if you are;
• Native/ Non-Native Japanese
• With good proficiency in Japanese ( N1, N2 or N3 level)
• No JLPT certification needed
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• No experience required
• Amenable to work in Taguig
Responsibilities;
• Handling customer concerns and feedback
• Build strong client relationship and improve customer experience
• Liaising closely with internal departments and external entities for documentary requirements
• Preparation & submission of regular operational related reports
• Submission of necessary documents & reports
• Maintaining proper filing system
• Communicating with customers through email and doing phones calls to resolve inquiries/ concerns.
