Salary: Negotiable

Job description:
Good Communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns/issues.
Resolve issues utilizing excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills.
Display a solid knowledge of major desktop software applications and networking concepts.

Any Bachelor’s degree (preferred IT, Engineering, or any equivalent degree)
Must have background/knowledge of customer/ technical service principles and practices
No BPO experience required
