Minimum 5 years experience in management position and practising
Professional Mechanical Engineer
With line function experience in engineering operation& maintenance (
preferably in property or facility management )
With exceptional leadership and public relations skills
Above-average to exceptional communication skills
BUDGET: 100 to 150,000
JOB SUMMARY:
Facilities Manager is responsible for the management of services and
process that support the core operation of an organization. They ensure
that an organization has the most suitable working environment for its
employees, functional amenities for resident’s enjoyment and efficient
building equipment and facilities. Focused on using best operational
practices to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while
increasing productivity.
