Operation Hours: Monday – Sunday
Working Hours: Shifting Schedule, Predominantly Night Shift
Dress Code: Smart Casual
Our client headquartered in the United States, is an online technologies customer service platform that connects restaurants and call center agents.
The people we look for to be our English Customer Service Representatives must demonstrate several key attributes in order to be considered for this position.

-No upselling or sales
-Responsible for handling inbound restaurant take-out orders in English
-Handle escalated customer interactions in a call center with the goal of giving excellent service and customer satisfaction, ensure customer retention, and increase business for our clients
-Work with other co-workers to meet the needs of the company and clients
-Other duties as assigned
-College Degree or equivalent work experience
-Prior experience in call centers is a plus
