Office Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills
• Effective relationship management skills
• Effective communicator, both verbal and written
• The ability to multi-task, with above-average computer skills and digital awareness
• Must be at least a High School Graduate
• With or without experience
• Serve and delight each customer during every interaction and execute in an efficient and professional manner
• Understand customers’ needs through quality conversations and identify opportunities to promote the right financial products and services to meet their needs
• Good knowledge of the electronics hardware and specifications.
• Respond quickly professionally to customer request for information relative to orders and request for confirmations, etc.
