• Provide a clear understanding of the call center agent’s role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center;
• Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations;
• Collaborate with others to ensure the customers’ issues are resolved and;
• Assist and provide solutions for the customers’ questions;
