Job Description

A service provider for the public sector is in need of a Change Management and Training Supervisors.

Responsibilities:
• Change Management
• Assist with the creation of change management strategy and plan, apply a structured methodology and support change management activities
• Develops and maintains change/project plans to ensure sustainable change. Manages change management milestone and timeliness to ensure completion of project within acceptable risk
• Ensures approval of all change plan deliverables in alignment with stakeholders
• Refines project execution and plans using change/project management standards and best practices
• Training
• Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
• Execute training sessions, workshops, webinars, etc in groups or individually
• Arrange and conduct on-site training when needed
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

Qualifications;
• Graduate of a four year course
• At least 3-5 years experience in this position
• Preferably with experience in Technical Writing/ Project Management
• Amenable to work in Quezon City
