• Must be a College Graduate.
• Must have at least 6 months to 2 years call center experience
• Be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Be flexible with working hours


• Taking phone calls from customers.
• Answering questions about the product or service.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Amenable to shifting schedules.
