Job Summary:
CALL CENTER AGENTS are responsible in guiding customers with their questions through calls. This GAMING ACCOUNT in PASAY is composed of a system that connects customers with specific products or services related to gaming consoles and games themselves

Requirements:
-At least high school graduate
-College graduates or undergraduates of any course are welcome
-Computer savvy
-Knows how and able to use English
-Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately

Job Description:
-Answer incoming inquiries and respond to customer’s emails
-Manage and resolve customer complaints
-Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
-Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
-Follow up customer calls when necessary

Open WEEKDAYS / Office Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
