POSITION: Japanese HR Helpdesk

INDUSTRY: Shared Services (Online Shopping Center)

LOCATION: Pasay City

SALARY: Php 70, 000 – Php 85,000 (negotiable)

  • Filipino proficient in Japanese language and with Good English communication skills
  • N1-N3 passer/level (non-passer)
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in any course
  • Preferably with HR experience or other related experiences



  • Respond to inquiries in behalf of the employees
  • Responsible in human resource operations
  • Improve and maintain HR process and procedures
  • Coordinate to Japanese employees of the company
