POSITION: Japanese Contact Center Team Leader


LOCATION: BGC, Taguig City

  • Open for JLPT N2 Passer or level
  • Excellent in English Communication Skills
  • Open for Japanese nationals who are currently in the Philippines.
  • Must have supervisory experience (Minimum of 3 years)
  • w/ BPO Experience
  • W/ at least Finance and Accounting Experience


Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as an escalation point for all operational related issues raised by the client.
  • Communicate with the client to ensure that the delivery team complies with the latest changes in the procedures.
  • Responsible for activities assigned by the Manager
  • Develops good client relationships and good relations with the colleagues
