• Process calls to effectively meet customer needs within established productivity goals and turnaround times
• Follow established guidelines in providing customers accurate information using various system tools.
• Meet the service, quality and quantity standards set by Management
• Update client information on the system as required
• Escalate issues to Management to ensure customer expectations are met when standard procedures are inadequate in meeting specific needs
• Demonstrate sensitivity, empathy, responsiveness and creativity to ensure customer satisfaction
• Network throughout the organization to engage supporting units in delivering solutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be BS graduate / 2-yr vocational course graduate or at least 2 years in college.
Must have strong sense of customer service.
Fresh graduates and shifters from other industries are welcome to apply
Accepts Nursing graduates with at least 1 year experience in Call Center Industry.
Must have good comprehension skills.
Must have the ability to withstand call center pressure.
Must be willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City area and on shifting schedules.
Must be willing to start IMMEDIATELY!!!
Call center experience is an advantage, but not required.
