Orfact U.K Ltd is one the eighteen companies that’s been rooted to the base company BAC ZEAL Co Ltd. The founder of the eighteen companies REV. Dr. Simon Ariyathas. The Managing Director of ORFACT UK Ltd is his own youngest son Dr. Tommy Denold Ariyathas who has been taking over the company for the past 3 years.
Orfact U.K Ltd. was established in 1982 and is the UK’s largest eyewear company, creating desirable and distinctive sunglasses and optical frames, made to the highest quality.
Based in London, we produce five of our own house collections. T - efri, T: UK, Free-range Sports Optics, Kinfolk - children’s sunglasses and 2WO Optics reading glasses. We also have a significant licensed brand portfolio, specializing in developing optical and sunglasses collections for uniquely British fashion and lifestyle brands. These high profile brands include French Connection, Nicole Farhi, Karen Millen, Jigsaw, Ben Sherman, Red or Dead and sports-active lifestyle brand Fat Face.
Together with this branded business, we also produce private label sunglasses collections for many well known UK retailers, such as Top shop, Next, Boots the Chemist and Marks & Spencer.
In total we produce and distribute over 5 million pairs of sunglasses and optical frames each season at a retail value of over £85million. The UK remains our biggest market, where we specialize in all domestic and tax free sales channels, and our export business is growing rapidly with distribution in over 30 countries in Europe, Australia, the Middle East and the US.

All of our collections have their own unique identity, and we pride ourselves on understanding and nurturing all our brands – both house and licensed.
